Barrowmills: Design: Paul Keogh & Assoc.
Section 23 Tax Based Development of Residential Apartments and Commercial units at Barrow Mills formerly a 19th century Flour Mill and Warehouses located on the West Bank of the River Barrow in Carlow Town. The development comprised the provision of new built Apartments together with the refurbishment and conversion of the old Mill Building to apartments and commercial units.

Town Renewal Tax Based Development of Residential Apartments and Commercial Units at Bridge St. Tullow Co. Carlow including the refurbishment and conversion of an existing retail premises.
Baltinglass West Demense: Design: Dean Design
Housing Development of 29 Bungalows together with associated site development works and services at Baltinglass Co. Wicklow.
Crossleigh: Design: Dean Design
Large private residance with associated site development works, landscaped gardens and services at Crossleigh Co.Laoise.
New Street: Design: Patterson Bannon
The construction of 40 Terraced dwellings for Carlow Urban Council including the demolition and removal of an existing machinery yard and buildings.
The project was designed and supervised by a local architectural practice with finishes in pastel renders providing a refreshing change from traditional Local Authority housing design.
Palatine Road & Barrack St: Design: Murray O'Laoire & Ass.
Construction of 79 Local Authority Dwellings on sites at Carlow and Tullow for Carlow Co. Council.
